Toni obtained a BA undergraduate degree in Psychology in University College Dublin in 2012. She went on to complete a Masters in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience in Goldsmiths University London, with distinction. Toni completed her Clinical Doctoral Programme in Psychology in 2022 with her doctoral thesis focusing on validating Irish cognitive measures.
Toni has a wide variety of clinical experience working within HSE Primary Care and Mental Health Services. She also worked in HSE Disability services to support adults with Autism and ADHD.
Toni has extensive experience in assessment/identification and enjoys using therapy modalities such as Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Toni is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and enjoys continued professional development through ongoing conferences and workshops.
Toni values diversity and individuality which is always at the forefront of her work with each client. Toni also ensures that her work is flexible, neuro-affirmative and comprehensive. In her own time, Toni enjoys surfing, music and the outdoors.
